1. I love your dress, can I order directly from you?

Unfortunately not, as we are a wholesale manufacturer our gowns are only available at our authorised Gino Cerruti retailers. To find a nearby store selling our products use the Shop Finder section.

2. Can I buy your products online?

Many of our authorised retailers have websites were you can buy our products from, but we do not allow internet only retailers to sell our product.

3. How do I clean my dress?

4. Why is the dress I want not available in my size?

Unfortunately, some styles simply either do not work at larger sizes, or are impossible to manufacture due to the cutting pattern becoming distorted. Therefore some of our styles are only available in larger sizes and some only in smaller.

Can I get a dress in different colour from those I have seen?

This is sometimes possible. You should speak to your retailer about this. Please note that there is often an additional charge for this service.

6. Can you make a dress longer for me?

Changes such as these are often possible, and you should discuss this with your retailer. There are often additional charges associated with this.

7. Can I buy a discontinued style from you?

Unfortunately, only styles available in our current online catalogue are available.

8. How can I track my dress?

Please visit "Track my dress" section and click "Track my dress" button. It will link you to our special tracking website for costumers, where you can follow all the stages of your dress by yourself.

How often do your update your collection?

We update our catalogues twice a year. Once in January, and once in July. These times coincide with our deliveries of the new lines to our authorised retailers. The good news is that we are not designing and cutting new styles all of the time. So do check up on our website or sign up for our update service by visiting our Fan Zone.

10. How can I retrieve discount voucher?

Discount vouchers will normally be sent by email to Gino Cerruti competition winners but they may become available in other exceptional occasions. In that case you will receive details of your nearest retailer where you can redeem your voucher.

11. How can I retrieve backstage pass?

With backstage passes you receive the VIP treatment at fashion and fashion trade shows. You will be able to meet people from the fashion industry, be one of the first to see the new trends and enjoy the glamour of the industry. When backstage passes are made available, notification emails will be sent to all registered Gino Cerruti fans. Then all you have to do is to reply back requesting a pass. But be quick! There will be a limited number of passes and the backstage pass service will be on a first come first served basis.
